Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of processing of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composite sheets. Disclosed is a prestress pressing process for a wide sheet. The process of the present invention comprises: weaving carbon fiber yarns into cloth in the weft and warp directions, reserving a margin in the weft direction, and performing a hot-melting dip dyeing process to form prepreg cloth; then giving pre-tension by means of clamping traction devices; and finally performing hot pressing and cooling for formation. According to the present invention, the internal stress between layers of cloth caused by resin expansion and flowing in the temperature rising process of a traditional mold pressing process is avoided; the thermal stress deformation of a product is reduced, and the occurrence of wrinkling, wave deformation, and warping are reduced; large-tow yarns are used, so that the cost can be reduced; and after a sheet is cooled and shaped, the product has good diagonal flatness, uniformity and flatness, and has a small high-temperature deformation coefficient during subsequent carbonization and graphitization, so that the material modulus is improved, and the sheet can be utilized for structural design in the subsequent working procedure of the product.
