Abstract:
Provided is a pressurization device capable of pressurizing an object at a substantially constant force with a compact structure. This pressurization device comprises a pressure accumulator 10, a piston 4 having a small-diameter part 42 that is inserted into a cylinder part 3 adjacent to the pressure accumulator 10 and a large-diameter part 41 disposed adjacent to an object W, and a columnar body 5 extending from the large-diameter part 41 to the cylinder part 3. A lubricating fluid F is held in the columnar body 5.
