Abstract:
A pressure swing adsorption gas separation system driven by turbines, comprising: a blower (5), adsorption towers (1) indirectly communicated with a gas outlet of the blower (5), a vacuum pump (6) having a gas inlet indirectly communicated with the adsorption towers (1), and a product gas unit communicated with gas outlets of the adsorption towers (1), there being three adsorption towers (1) which are arranged in parallel. The system further comprises: three virgin gas units, simultaneously communicated with the gas outlet of the blower (5), the gas inlet of the vacuum pump (6) and gas inlets of the three adsorption towers (1); a first turbine (7), connected to the blower (5); a second turbine (71), connected to the vacuum pump (6); and a control unit, used for switching on and off the virgin gas units, the first turbine (7), the second turbine (71) and the product gas units so as to alternately implement the inflation, evacuation or vacuumization of the three adsorption towers (1). The system can reduce the invalid working time and the power consumption.
