Abstract:
A pressing-plate-type crusher for chemical use. The crusher comprises a box body (1), wherein a crushing box (7) is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the box body (1); and crushing rollers (12) are arranged inside the crushing box (7). When the crusher is used, the crushing rollers (12) are driven by a servo motor (13) to rotate, such that the crushing rollers (12) carry out a crushing treatment on relatively large blocky raw materials, thereby pre-treating chemical raw materials, such that the pre-treated raw materials fall into a space between a movable pressing plate (6) and a fixed pressing plate (4) through a flow guide plate (9); a power device (5) drives the movable pressing plate (6) to vibrate, so as to carry out a further crushing treatment on the raw materials, thereby increasing the processing speed of the raw materials, preventing a blockage between the movable pressing plate (6) and the fixed pressing plate (4) caused by the relatively large raw materials, and reducing wear of the movable pressing plate (6) and the fixed pressing plate (4); and universal wheels (11) are arranged, thereby facilitating movement.
