Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for a composite material fastener, in particular to a preparation method for a two-dimensional silicon carbide/silicon carbide composite material bar and connecting piece, wherein the bar and the connecting piece are mainly applied to the connection and assembly of ultrahigh-temperature, high-strength and antioxidant composite material products. In order to overcome the defects of an existing three-dimensional needling carbon/silicon carbide composite material bolt having a long production period, a large performance difference due to uneven density etc., according to the present invention, a prefabricated body for machining a bar blank is formed by riveting multiple layers of two-dimensional silicon carbide/silicon carbide composite material blank flat plates. Due to the fact that the thickness of the single-layer two-dimensional silicon carbide/silicon carbide composite material blank flat plate is within the range of 3-6 mm, when an SiC matrix is deposited, the density of all parts can be kept consistent, and an SiC/B4C matrix is used in a bar blank deposition process, so that the density uniformity of the bar blank can be further improved. Compared with the existing preparation method for the carbon/silicon carbide composite material bolt, the preparation method for the silicon carbide/silicon carbide composite material bolt of the present invention has the advantage of the shearing strength of the bolt being significantly improved to 240-320 MPa.
