Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a preparation method for a solar cell, and a solar cell. The preparation method for a solar cell comprises the following steps: placing a substrate of a solar cell in a deposition chamber, wherein a transparent conductive thin film is provided on the substrate of the solar cell; introducing a first gas into the deposition chamber, allowing the first gas to form a first plasma, and treating the transparent conductive thin film by means of the first plasma; and depositing a first copper metal layer on the transparent conductive thin film.
