Abstract:
A preparation method for a reverse osmosis membrane, and the reverse osmosis membrane prepared thereby. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a polymer solution as a membrane casting solution, such that the membrane casting solution forms a polymer porous base membrane on a reinforcing material, and sequentially contacting the polymer porous base membrane with a first phase solution and a second phase solution to form a functional layer, wherein the first phase solution comprises an amine compound, a first phase additive and water; the second phase solution comprises an acyl chloride compound, a second phase additive and a solvent; the first phase additive is a hyperbranched polymer; and the second phase additive is a halogenated heterocyclic compound; and carrying out post-treatment to obtain a reverse osmosis membrane. The reverse osmosis membrane prepared by the method has high flux and high desalination rate, and has excellent anti-pollution durability, acid washing resistance and alkali washing resistance. The prepared reverse osmosis membrane can be effectively applied to seawater desalination.
