Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing microcarrier particles, comprising: dispersed phase liquid is allowed in a low temperature to run through a porous plate to form liquid microspheres, and a synthetic polymer and/or a natural biomacromolecule in the liquid microspheres is allowed to undergo a solidification reaction to form particulates. Also provided are a method for preparing an emulsion, an apparatus used for preparing the microcarrier particles, and a process system.
