Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for high-adsorption-capacity chitosan/bamboo-based activated carbon composite aerogel. The key point of the present invention comprises: uniformly mixing a chitosan suspension and bamboo-based activated carbon, dropwise adding glacial acetic acid and stirring to form a solution, dropwise adding a glutaraldehyde solution and continuously stirring until chitosan is cross-linked, freeze-molding an obtained liquid, and then freeze-drying by using a vacuum freeze dryer to prepare chitosan/bamboo-based activated carbon composite aerogel. According to the present invention, natural, environmentally-friendly and degradable chitosan is used as a raw material, bamboo-based activated carbon is attached, and freeze drying technology is used to prepare aerogel, such that uniform dispersion and immobilization of bamboo-based activated carbon in a three-dimensional space are achieved, and the prepared bamboo-based activated carbon/chitosan composite aerogel has a high specific surface and high porosity, has a high adsorption capacity on PM2.5, has a flame-retardant function, and can adsorb PM2.5 generated during combustion.
