Abstract:
Disclosed is the preparation, based on a fluidized bed jet milling technique, of titanium and titanium alloy powders for 3D printing, which belongs to the field of powder preparation and modification, wherein a hydrogenation dehydrogenation titanium powder and a titanium alloy powder are used as main raw material powders, and same are subjected to jet milling and shaping under a protective atmosphere of nitrogen or argon so as to finally obtain high-performance titanium and titanium alloy powders which satisfy 3D printing processes. The present invention has the advantages of a high production efficiency, a low production cost, etc. The prepared titanium and titanium alloy powder also have the advantages of a narrow particle size distribution, a subspherical shape, a controllable oxygen content, good fluidity, high purity, etc. and can meet the technical requirements for industrial productions such as 3D printing, injection molding and thermal spraying.
