Abstract:
A prefabricated part production line, comprising a mold, a feeding mechanism, a vibration mechanism and a roller conveying mechanism, wherein after the mold is conveyed from a fixed roller section to a lifting roller section, a lifting mechanism drives the lifting roller section to descend to be lower than the fixed roller section, and two ends of the mold are supported on two vibration tables; a material distribution trolley is then moved to be aligned with the mold for material injection, and the mold is subjected to vibration while a material is injected therein; and after the material injection is completed, a vibration mechanism stops vibrating, the lifting mechanism drives the lifting roller section to ascend to be flush with the fixed roller section, and the mold is supported on the lifting roller section; a roller drive mechanism drives a roller of the lifting roller section to roll and convey the mold to the fixed roller section, and then the mold is conveyed out by means of the fixed roller section and is transported by means of a forklift to a curing kiln for curing. The prefabricated part production line of the present invention is simple and short, and has high production efficiency; different prefabricated parts can be produced on the same production line by replacing different molds, so that the costs of building the production line can be saved on; and not only is the number of vibration mechanisms reduced, the mold structure is also simplified.
