Abstract:

A prefabricated concrete round pipe internal mold, comprising an internal mold cylinder (1) formed by rolling a plate. A brace rod device (3) and a locking device (2) are provided in the internal mold cylinder (1). The brace rod device (3) comprises multiple groups of brace rod components disposed in pairs on a central screw (301). One end of each brace rod component is hingedly connected to the central screw (301), and the other end is hingedly connected to the internal mold cylinder (1). The end of the brace rod component hingedly connected to the central screw (301) is connected to the central screw (301) by means of a transmission nut (302). The directions of movement of one group of brace rod components disposed in pair are opposite. The locking device (2) comprises a limiting seat (202), a hinge pedestal (204), and a drive cylinder (201) hingedly connected to the inner wall of the pipe. A joint support (205) is hingedly connected to the hinge pedestal (204). The other end of the joint support (205) is hingedly connected to the piston rod of the drive cylinder (201). A support rod (203) matching the limiting seat (202) is further hingedly connected to the joint support (205). The opening and closing of the internal module are more convenient, safer and more reliable, and the internal module is applicable to the production of concrete round pipes.
