Abstract:
The present invention relates to a prefabricated box girder bridge construction monitoring method and a related device. The method comprises: acquiring a BIM model of a prefabricated box girder bridge, and extracting model coordinate data; configuring a secondary development environment for bridge modeling software of the Benthley; on the basis of the secondary development environment, performing segmentation processing on the model coordinate data to divide the prefabricated box girder bridge into a plurality of segments; acquiring theoretical coordinate data and measured coordinate data of an elevation control point of a current pouring segment, and calculating a control point relative elevation error of the current pouring segment; according to a segmental thresholding-based successive rectification strategy, the control point relative elevation error and a preset rectification threshold, correcting and adjusting the control point relative elevation error of the current pouring segment to generate segment rectification information; and generating a visual theoretical elevation control line according to theoretical coordinate data of elevation control points of all segments, and generating a visual rectification elevation control line according to the segment rectification information. The intelligent monitoring of construction of the prefabricated box girder bridge is realized.
