Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of computers, and provides a preconditioner processing method, apparatus, device and system, applied to a computing device for solving a partial differential equation. The method comprises: a preconditioner processing device first determines a thread dependency relationship between at least one thread computing task to be executed by a preconditioner, and then according to a memory access sequence, each of a plurality of threads of the preconditioner processing device sequentially executes the thread computing tasks to be executed, when thread computing tasks on which said thread computing tasks depend are all in an executed state, so as to achieve multi-thread parallel operation of the preconditioner. Thus, the dependency relationship between threads in a computing task of a preconditioner is determined, so that full-thread synchronization between layers is converted into point-to-point synchronization between threads, thereby reducing the time consumption of synchronization between layers, and improving the parallel execution efficiency of the preconditioner.
