Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a precise surgical instrument and a knife rod assembly. The precise surgical instrument comprises a handpiece assembly, a sleeve assembly, a knife rod assembly and a clamp, wherein the sleeve assembly comprises a supporting sleeve and a connecting sleeve, and the knife rod assembly comprises a knife rod and a knife head. The connecting sleeve is sleeved in the supporting sleeve in such a way that same can move in an axial direction, the supporting sleeve is connected to the handpiece assembly, and the connecting sleeve is hinged to the handpiece assembly; a distal end of the knife rod is connected to the knife head, and a proximal end of the knife rod is connected to the handpiece assembly; the knife rod assembly penetrates the connecting sleeve, and the knife rod is uniformly provided with a plurality of supporting bosses in the axial direction; and the clamp is hinged to both the supporting sleeve and the connecting sleeve. By providing the components in the knife rod assembly, the precise surgical instrument reduces the risk of collision between the knife rod assembly and the sleeve assembly during usage, thereby solving the problem of abnormal sound and even assembly damage caused by mutual collision of a thin sleeve and a knife rod during usage.
