Abstract:
A precise cycloidal speed reducer for a rotary joint, comprising a gear pin housing (1), a planetary carrier (2), crankshafts (3), gear pins (4), cycloidal gears (5), a central gear (6), and a planetary gear (7). The planetary carrier (2) is supported, by means of a rolling bearing, in the gear pin housing (1) in penetration fashion. The crankshafts (3) penetrate through the planetary carrier (2) and are each provided with two eccentric parts which are staggered by 180 degrees. The eccentric parts of the crankshafts are linked with the cycloidal gears (5) by means of roller bearings. The cycloidal gears (5) are meshed in the gear pin housing (1) by means of the gear pins (4) which are accommodated in gear pin holes (8) on the inner wall of the gear pin housing (1). Both ends of the crankshaft (3) are supported in the planetary carrier (2) by means of tapered roller bearings and are fixedly linked with the planetary gear (7) by means a spline and a check ring. The two or more crankshafts (3), the cycloidal gears (5), and the planetary carrier (2) form a parallelogram mechanism. The central gear (6) is meshed with the planetary gear (7). A tooth top area, a meshing area, and a tooth root area of a tooth profile of the cycloidal gear (5) form a smooth curve; the meshing area is meshed with the gear pin (4); a gap exists between the tooth top area and the gear pin (4) and between the tooth root area and the gear pin (4); the diameter of the gear pin hole is greater than that of the gear pin (4); the excircle of the gear pin (4) is internally tangent to the gear pin hole (8); a gap exists between the meshing area of the cycloidal gear (5) and the direction of common normal line of the gear pin (4).
