A powertrain and a vehicle. The powertrain (10) comprises a housing (100), a partition plate (200), a motor (300), a first liquid return channel (400) and a second liquid return channel (500). The partition plate (200) divides the interior of the housing (100) into a first cavity (110) and a second cavity (120). The motor (300) is located in the first cavity (110), and the motor (300) comprises a motor shaft (310) that penetrates through the partition plate (200) and extends into the second cavity (120). The first liquid return channel (400) is located outside the housing (100) and is communicated with the first cavity (110) and the second cavity (120), and is used for conveying liquid in the first cavity (110) into the second cavity (120). The second liquid return channel (500) is located outside the housing (100) and is communicated with the first cavity (110) and the second cavity (120), and is used for conveying the liquid in the first cavity (110) into the second cavity (120). The second liquid return channel (500) and the first liquid return channel (400) at most partially overlap in the circumferential direction of the motor shaft (310). Two liquid return channels are provided, so that the powertrain can meet liquid return requirements when being installed and arranged at any angle or used on a slope surface, thereby improving the adaptability and safety of the powertrain.
