Abstract:
A transmission (T) comprises a first driven gear (184), a second shaft (182), a first connecting/disconnecting mechanism (210), and a unit case (250) for accommodating these components. The first connecting/disconnecting mechanism (210) comprises: a roller (281) that is disposed between the first driven gear (184) and the second shaft (182); and an operating rod (241) that operates the roller (281) in an engaged state in which the first driven gear (184) and the second shaft (182) are able to rotate in unison, and in a disengaged state in which the first driven gear (184) and the second shaft (182) are able to rotate relative to one another.
