Abstract:
Provided is a power transmission device which allows a weight member to be biased in a precise manner from a radially outer position towards a radially inner position and enables the weight member to be displaced in a stable manner according to a centrifugal force. A centrifugal clutch means (9) is configured to comprise a holding member (11), an urging member (12), and biasing members (16) biasing weight members (10) from radially outer positions towards radially inner positions. The weight members (10) are received respectively in a plurality of housing sections (11a) formed along a circumferential direction in the holding member (11), so as to be movable in a radial direction. A plurality of the biasing members (16) are arranged in a circumferential direction between the inner peripheral wall surfaces (11aa) of the housing sections (11a) and the weight members (10), so as to bias the weight members (10) from the radially outer positions towards the radially inner positions.
