Provided is a power transmission control device that comprises: a first rotary shaft; a first power source that can adjust the rotational speed of the first rotary shaft; a second rotary shaft that moves in conjunction with an axle; a first switching mechanism that connects and disconnects the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft; a third rotary shaft; a second power source that can adjust the rotational speed of the third rotary shaft; and a second switching mechanism that connects and disconnects the third rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft. At least one of the first switching mechanism and the second switching mechanism is a dog clutch, and the power transmission control device stably and reliably performs connection switching therefor. A control device (42): stores, in a storage unit (42a), information on the rotational phases of a first rotary shaft (4) and a third rotary shaft (9) as detected by a first rotational phase detection means (12a) and a third rotational phase detection means (13a); keeps a first switching mechanism (14) and/or a second switching mechanism (16) in a connected state; and, during connection switching for a dog clutch switching mechanism (14, 16), adjusts the rotational phases on the basis of the information stored in the storage unit (42a).
