Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a power switch circuit, an electrically programmable fuse memory and an electronic device, which are applied to the technical field of data storage. The electrically programmable fuse memory comprises a power switch circuit and a storage unit array. The power switch circuit comprises a driving circuit, a protection circuit and a programming circuit. The driving circuit comprises a control voltage circuit and a first transistor, and the protection circuit protects a second transistor. The control voltage circuit is used for receiving a control signal and a power supply voltage, and generating a control voltage to control the first transistor to output a first voltage to the programming circuit. The programming circuit is used for receiving a programming voltage, and outputting the programming voltage to a storage unit of the storage unit array according to the inputted first voltage, so as to program the storage unit. Moreover, the control voltage circuit further generates a coupling voltage, which turns on the first transistor to cause mis-programming, and the second transistor of the protection circuit is used for outputting a second voltage to control the programming circuit to avoid mis-programming due to the influence of the coupling voltage.
