A power plant grounding structure facilitating inspection and repair, and a concrete protection apparatus. An embodiment comprises a fixing assembly (100) and a grounding assembly (200); the fixing assembly (100) comprises a fixing base (101); a tightening rotating shaft (103) is arranged at an upper end of the fixing base (101), and a plurality of engagement rotating bases (102) are rotatably mounted on the tightening rotating shaft (103); a T-shaped wire engagement slot (104) is formed on a side wall of each engagement rotating base (102), and an insertion slot (105) is provided at one end of each T-shaped wire engagement slot (104); a ratchet tightener (106) is arranged at a front end of each engagement rotating base (102); and the grounding assembly (200) comprises a grounding base (201). By means of the ratchet tighteners (106), the engagement rotating bases (102) are rotated, a power plant grounding wire and a bent grounding connection wire (204) are pulled taut, installation is facilitated, a joining effect can be ensured without welding, and subsequent maintenance is facilitated.
