Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a power inductor and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a base layer magnetic sheet, an intermediate layer magnetic sheet and a covering layer magnetic sheet by means of the tape casting of magnetic slurry; (2) disposing the base layer magnetic sheet and the intermediate layer magnetic sheet in sequence from bottom to top, embedding, into the intermediate layer magnetic sheet, air-core coils which are arranged in an array, spaced apart from each other and fixed on a heat-sensitive adhesive, and then press-fitting the covering layer magnetic sheet onto the uppermost layer to form an inductor combination body; and (3) cutting the inductance combination body to obtain inductor units, and then sequentially performing curing, roll spraying, laser paint stripping, electroplating and testing on each inductor unit to obtain the power inductor. The preparation method of the present application involves a simple operation flow, few preparation procedures and a relatively low preparation cost, can realize mass production of power inductors in one step, and has prospects in large-scale industrial promotion and application.
