Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a power generation plant control device, a control method and a control program therefor, and a power generation plant, with which power generation efficiency for the entire plant can be improved while maintaining stable operation. A control device (20) for a power generation plant (1) in which feed water that has been heated in a feed-water heater (3) is supplied to a boiler (5) through an economizer (4), said control device being equipped with: an upper limit setting unit for calculating, on the basis of a hot water state on the outlet side of the economizer (4), a limit temperature at which a steaming phenomenon does not occur in the economizer (4), and, on the basis of the limit temperature, setting an upper limit temperature for the feed water supplied to the economizer (4); and a supply control unit for controlling the supply of extracted steam supplied to the feed-water heater (3) from a steam turbine (13) such that the temperature of the feed water supplied to the economizer (4) approaches the upper limit temperature.
