Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a power generation element, a power generation device, an electronic apparatus, and a power generation element manufacturing method which make it possible to achieve stabilization of the amount of electric energy generated. [Solution] A power generation element is provided with: a first housing portion 1A including a first substrate 11 with a first major surface 11s, and a first electrode portion 13a provided on the first major surface 11s; a second housing portion 1B including a second substrate 12 with a second major surface 12s, and a second electrode portion 13b provided on the second major surface 12s; and an intermediate portion 14 including nanoparticles. The first major surface 11s includes a first spaced surface 11sa which is in contact with the first electrode portion 13a and is spaced apart from the second housing portion 1B, and a first bonding surface 11sb in contact with the second housing portion 1B. The second major surface 12s includes a second spaced surface 12sa which is in contact with the second electrode portion 13b and is spaced apart from the first housing portion 1A, and a second bonding surface 12sb in contact with the first housing portion 1A. The power generation element is characterized in that, when viewed from a first direction Z, the intermediate portion 14 is enclosed by the first bonding surface 11sb and the second bonding surface 12sb.
