Disclosed in the present invention are a power cord arrangement structure of a saddle-shaped air conditioner, and a saddle-shaped air conditioner. The saddle-shaped air conditioner comprises an indoor unit located on an indoor side, an outdoor unit located on an outdoor side, and a saddle bridge structure, which connects the indoor unit to the outdoor unit, wherein the saddle bridge structure is internally provided with a through cavity and is used for connecting an inner cavity of the indoor unit to an inner cavity of the outdoor unit; an electric appliance box is arranged in the through cavity; a power cord is led out from the interior of the electric appliance box and extends towards an indoor unit side; a cord passage hole is provided in a housing of the indoor unit; and the power cord passes out through the cord passage hole. The power cord arrangement structure fully utilizes space, and makes the power cord arrangement easy and convenient.
