The invention relates to a potato peeling machine which peels a large number of potatoes simultaneously and in a very short time, and includes a drawer which can be opened/closed in at least two directions.

The object of the invention is to produce a potato peeling machine with a drawer which can be opened/closed at least two directions, which peels a large number of potatoes simultaneously and in a very short time.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In order to allow a large number of potatoes to be peeled and made ready for use simultaneously and quickly, a potato peeling machine (1 ) according to the invention comprises at least one opening/closing head (1.1 ) for transferring a large number of potatoes to be peeled to a chamber (1.2.1 ), a body (1.2) which is preferably made of stainless steel, at least one filter drawer (1.3) that can be opened in at least two directions, which collects the residues (or pulp) of the peeled potato skins, and at least one slot (1 .4) in which said drawer (1 .3) is positioned. Said body (1 .2) comprises at least one chamber (1 .2.1 ) in which the potatoes are located and which has a physical structure or surface form capable of performing the peeling operation, at least one opening/closing discharge cover (1.2.2) for transferring the peeled potatoes to another chamber, and at least one control unit (1 .2.3) that provides the peeling process to take place according to various physical parameters such as desired temperature, speed, time.

Said drawer (1.3) is opened/closed in two opposite directions in the preferred embodiment of the invention.

The surface of said chamber (1 .2.1 ) that touches the potato skins is preferably abrasive, but in practice it is not limited thereto. Since the drawer (1.3) contained in the machine (1 ) according to the invention opens in at least two directions, this provides convenience for the worker. In addition, the invention saves space and time and allows more than one machine (1 ) to be positioned at different angles in the room or area.

Industrial Applicability of the Invention

The machine (1 ) according to the invention is designed to enable a large number of potatoes to be peeled and made ready for use simultaneously and quickly, and is industrially applicable.
