Abstract:
Disclosed is a potassium nitrate crystallizer internally provided with accelerating tubes, the crystallizer comprising: a crystallizer cylinder, an overflow tank, a circulating tube, a first circulating pump, a heat exchanger, a central tube, and accelerating tubes, wherein the central tube is arranged in the center of the crystallizer cylinder; the overflow tank is arranged on a outer wall of the upper end of the crystallizer cylinder; the circulating tube sequentially connects, in a sealed manner, the overflow tank, the first circulating pump, the heat exchanger and the central tube; several accelerating tubes are provided and same are uniformly arranged around the circumference of an outer wall of the central tube; and the lower ends of the accelerating tubes are arranged on an outer wall of a conical tube at the lower end of the central tube, the inside thereof is in communication with the inside of the central tube, the upper ends thereof are arranged inside an upper cylindrical portion, end portions are bent radially outward, the bent ends of the accelerating tubes are all provided with vertical axial-flow pumps, and suction chambers at the lower ends of the vertical axial-flow pumps are arranged in a cone portion. In the present invention, a continuous crystallization structure with mother liquor circulation is used, thereby greatly improving production efficiency; in addition, the use of the plurality of uniformly circumferentially distributed accelerating tubes results in the movement of a crystal liquid at the bottom of the crystallizer being accelerated, so that grain accumulation leading to discharge tube blocking can be efficiently prevented.
