Abstract:

A positive-flow get-on and get-off composite stability control system, comprising: a first main pump (P1), a second main pump (P2), a first valve body (1), and a second valve body (2). The first valve body (1) is provided with a first main oil inlet circuit, comprising a first cascade, and second to fifth cascades. The first main oil inlet circuit comprises a straight line walking valve (1.2) and a vent relief valve (1.1) which are provided in the first cascade, a left walking valve (1.3) provided in the second cascade, a first get-on mechanism control valve (1.4) provided in the third cascade, a second get-on mechanism control valve (1.5) provided in the fourth cascade, and a first middle unloading valve (1.6) provided in the fifth cascade. The second valve body (2) is provided with a second main oil inlet circuit, comprising a first cascade, and second to fifth cascades. The second main oil inlet circuit comprises a right walking valve (2.1) provided in the first cascade, a third get-on mechanism control valve (2.2) provided in the second cascade, a fourth get-on mechanism control valve (2.3) provided in the third cascade, a fifth get-on mechanism control valve (2.4) provided in the fourth cascade, and a second middle unloading valve (2.5) provided in the fifth cascade. Also disclosed is a positive-flow get-on and get-off composite stability control method. The system and method can effectively mitigate the problems of get-off speed reduction and impact after switching of the straight line walking valve.
