Abstract:
Disclosed is a positioning and locking system for plate body combination, the system comprising at least two plate bodies (100). One end face of each plate body (100) is a combination face (101), the other end face thereof is a bolt-lock face (102), each plate body (100) is provided with a positioning counter bore (110) in the combination face (101), a pre-embedded counter bore (130) is provided in the bolt-lock face (102) relative to the positioning counter bore (110), a nut through hole (120) is provided between each positioning counter bore (110) and the pre-embedded counter bore (130) in a penetrating manner, a positioning pin (210) is embedded between two positioning counter bores (110) for positioning when the combination faces (101) of two plate bodies (100) face each other such that the two plate bodies are combined, a channel (211) is provided in the middle of the positioning pin (210), nuts (220) are respectively fixedly inserted into the nut through holes (120) of the two plate bodies (100), each of the nuts (220) is provided with a screw hole (221) in the middle thereof, and a combination bolt (230) penetrates the nut (220) of any one of the plate bodies (100) and is locked in the screw hole (221) of the other nut (220) through the channel (211) of the positioning pin (210), such that by means of the combination of the above devices, the combination of the plate bodies (100) can be rapidly and accurately completed.
