A positioning cutting system for a polarizer (4) and a method for improving attachment accuracy of the polarizer (4). The method for improving attachment accuracy of the polarizer (4) comprises the following steps: OCA die-cutting processing: an OCA film (2) and a heavy release film (1) are cut according to preset shapes, and a plurality of laser positioning marks (6) are cut on the heavy release film (1); after cutting, the OCA film (2) covers a part of the surface of the heavy release film (1); and the laser positioning marks (6) are located at positions not covered by the OCA film (2) on the heavy release film (1); attachment processing between the OCA film (2) and the polarizer (4): the polarizer (4) is attached to the surface of one side of the OCA film (2) distant from the heavy release film (1); and laser cutting: a laser cutting machine performs mark capturing based alignment and laser cutting on the laser positioning marks (6), and cuts the polarizer (4), the OCA film (2), and the heavy release film (1) into target shapes. Use of the process of first attaching and then cutting improves the attachment accuracy between the OCA film (2) and the polarizer (4) in a product.
