Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of position calibration, and in particular to a position sensor calibration method and apparatus applied to an electric motor. The method comprises: acquiring absolute position information of an electric motor by means of the feedback of a PWM signal; giving a quadrature signal of the electric motor; giving an electrical angle of the electric motor in a first direction, and recording a first relative angle fed back by the quadrature signal; according to a mapping relationship between the first relative angle and the electrical angle, acquiring a first calibration mapping table in which the first relative angle is mapped to the electrical angle; and setting the first calibration mapping table to be a mapping table after a position sensor is calibrated, so as to perform calibration. The present invention solves the problems such as existing sensor position calibration being easily interfered and position information being inaccurate; and a relative angle with good real-time performance is calibrated by using an absolute lag angle fed back by PWM information, so as to avoid the situation of step loss.
