Abstract:
A pop rivet for fastening and connecting a conductive material, consisting of a rivet and a lantern ring head. The rivet comprises a rivet head (1.1), a polish rod (1.2), a locking groove (1.3), a pull groove (1.4) and a short tail (1.5). The lantern ring comprises a flange (2.1), a deformation region (2.2) and a clamping tooth (2.3); and sharp projections (1.6) are provided on a contact surface between an inner side of the rivet head (1.1) and a fastening coupler; the height of the projections is 1/5 to 1/12 of the thickness of the rivet head, and one structure of the projections is a plurality of independent toothed projections evenly arranged on the contact surface between the inner side of the rivet head and the fastening coupler; another structure of the protrusions is one or two rings of annular protrusions surrounding the contact surface between the inner side of the rivet head and the fastening coupler. The sharp projections can be embedded on the surface of the fastener, preventing sliding between the fastening coupler and the rivet, improving the electrical conductivity between the rivet and a frame, effectively solving the problems such as electrochemical corrosion, plate damage, and poor electrical conductivity during fastening connection of an aluminum alloy frame, and ensuring the safe operation of a solar photovoltaic system.
