Abstract:
A polymer powder reaction device, comprising a reaction device body (1), a mounting seat (2), and a bottom plate (9), wherein the bottom plate (9) is arranged below the reaction device body (1); the reaction device body (1) is installed on the bottom plate (9) by means of the mounting seat (2), and the right end of the reaction device body (1) is installed with a water outlet pipe (31); the outer wall of the water outlet pipe (31) is sleeved with a shock-absorbing sleeve (3); the right side of the shock-absorbing sleeve (3) is provided with a flange (4); the flange (4) is installed at the tail end of the water outlet pipe (31) of the reaction device body (1); and the reaction device body (1) is connected to a transmission pipe (5) by means of the flange (4). In the device, the shock-absorbing sleeve (3) is arranged outside of the water outlet pipe (31), and support rods (81) and a shock-absorbing structure at the bottom part thereof are arranged below the transmission pipe (5) while performing shock absorption work on the water outlet pipe (31) and the transmission pipe (5), which prevents fatigue damage at the place of connection of the reaction device, and improves the sealing performance.
