A polyetherketoneketone (PEKK) extrusion profile, comprising an inner pipe body (1) and an outer pipe body (2). An isolation ring (3) is provided between the inner pipe body (1) and the outer pipe body (2); at least four arc-shaped supports (4) evenly distributed in the circumferential direction are provided between the isolation ring (3) and the inner pipe body (1); the head and tail ends of two adjacent arc-shaped supports (4) are connected to form a closed loop; both ends of the outer side of each arc-shaped support (4) are separately integrally connected to the inner wall of the isolation ring (3); the outer wall of the inner side of each arc-shaped support (4) are integrally connected to the outer wall of the inner pipe body (1); a wave ring (5) is provided between the isolation ring (3) and the outer pipe body (2); the wave crest of the wave ring (5) is integrally connected to the inner wall of the outer pipe body (2); the wave trough of the wave ring (5) is integrally connected to the outer wall of the isolation ring (3). Compared with the prior art, the advantages of the PEKK extrusion profile are: reasonable in design, firm in structure, resistant to impact, and capable of effectively ensuring safety.
