Abstract:
A polishing apparatus, a polishing method and a sealing system. The polishing apparatus (100) comprises a thrust system (101); a plurality of sealing systems (102), wherein each sealing system (102) comprises a piston (21) and a cylinder body (18) matched with the piston (21); a plurality of conveying pipeline systems (103), wherein each conveying pipeline system (103) conveys a polishing medium (8) contained in the corresponding sealing system (102) to different ports of an inner flow channel workpiece(34) being polished, and the plurality of sealing systems (102) are communicated by means of the inner flow channel workpiece (34). The thrust system (101) of the polishing apparatus comprises vertical plunger pumps (5). The vertical plunger pumps (5) are connected to the pistons (21) to provide a driving force, so that the pistons (21) can move relative to the cylinder body (18) in the vertical direction. The multi-stage pipeline comprises a first-stage pipeline (22), and a second-stage pipeline (23) adjacent to the downstream of the first-stage pipeline. The first-stage pipeline (22) comprises a curved structure connected to an outlet end (190) of the cylinder body (18), and the curved structure is connected to the horizontally-extending second-stage pipeline (23).
