Abstract:

An output member (7) is inserted into a housing (5) so as to be movable rightward and leftward. A lock chamber (20) is formed, as a first operation chamber, on the right side of the output member (7). A first supply/discharge passage (24) formed in the housing (5) supplies and discharges compressed air to and from the lock chamber (20). A first holding valve (30) provided intermediately along the first supply/discharge passage (24) shuts off and opens up the first supply/discharge passage (24).
