Abstract:
A plunger according to the present disclosure comprises: a plunger main body part that is made of sapphire, is columnar, and has a non-penetrating fitting hole extending in a center axis direction from one end; a core part that is inserted into the fitting hole and has higher thermal conductivity than sapphire; and a joining layer interposed between the inner peripheral surface and bottom surface of the fitting hole of the plunger main body part, and the outer peripheral surface and tip surface of the core part, the joining layer joining the plunger main body part and the core part. A pump comprises said plunger. A liquid analysis device comprises said pump.
