Abstract:
This plate cam mechanism has a plate cam assembly (50) and a cam follower (40). The plate cam assembly (50) is provided with: a plate cam (51) that has an outer contour for which the distance from the rotational center of a rotating shaft (52) changes in the rotating direction; a flexible annular member (53); and a plurality of rolling members (54) disposed between the plate cam (51) and the annular member (53). When the plate cam (51) rotates with the rotating shaft (52), the outer contour of the plate cam (51) is propagated to the annular member (53) via the rolling members (54). The cam follower (40) is in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the annular member (53).
