Abstract:
A plasmonic heating and temperature calculation system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a substrate, provided with a metal layer and a fine metal wire on one surface thereof, for seating a sample thereon; a light source for plasmonic heating of a metal layer and a fine metal wire; and a control unit for calculating a change in a temperature of the sample by heating the metal layer and the fine metal wire, wherein the control unit is capable of calculating the temperature of the sample from resistance information of the fine metal wire.
