The present application provides a pixel driving circuit and an electrowetting display. The pixel driving circuit comprises a time sequence control unit, a first switch unit, a second switch unit, and a power supply unit. The power supply unit is used for providing a constant driving voltage. One control cycle comprises a first time period and a second time period. Within the first time period, the time sequence control unit controls the first switch unit to be turned on and controls the second switch unit to be turned off, and a first electrode of an electrowetting pixel device is communicated with the ground. Within the second time period, the time sequence control unit controls the first switch unit to be turned off and controls the second switch unit to be turned on, and a second electrode of the electrowetting pixel device is communicated with the ground.
