The present application provides a pixel arrangement structure and a display device. The pixel arrangement structure comprises a plurality of repeating units arranged repeatedly, each repeating unit comprises a first pixel group and a second pixel group, and the second pixel group is located on one side of the first pixel group in a row direction. The first pixel group comprises a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel arranged in a column direction, and the second pixel group comprises a third sub-pixel and a fourth sub-pixel arranged in the column direction. Some of the repeating units are arranged side by side in the row direction, some of adjacent repeating units are arranged side by side in a first direction, the row direction is perpendicular to the column direction, and the row direction and the column direction intersect the first direction. The pixel arrangement mode in embodiments of the present application is not a traditional rectangular arrangement mode, but at least some of the repeating units are arranged obliquely. Such a design can alleviate the problem of jagged display during display of an oblique text or pattern, thereby improving the display effect of a display panel.
