Provided are a piston compressor (100) and a refrigerating system having same. The piston compressor comprises a crankcase (10), a thrust bearing (20), and a crankshaft (30), wherein the crankcase (10) is provided with a crankshaft hole (11), an installation protrusion (12) is provided at an upper end of the crankcase (10), and the crankshaft hole (11) extends upwards through the installation protrusion (12); the thrust bearing (20) is fitted around the outside of the installation protrusion (12); the crankshaft (30) is rotatably provided within the crankshaft hole (11), a thrust portion (31) is provided on the crankshaft (30), a lower end surface of the thrust portion (31) bears against an upper end surface of the thrust bearing (20), and an oil circuit (32) is formed within the crankshaft (30), with a cavity (40) being formed between the installation protrusion (12), the thrust bearing (20) and the trust portion (31), and a through hole (41) being formed on the circumferential wall of the crankshaft (30) for intercommunication between the oil circuit (32) and the cavity (40).
