Abstract:
A piping system free of stagnation of fluid and intends to provide a piping system to high purity water and chemical liquid pipe lines in which no fluid flow stagnates in piping on the upstream side of a valve part and in a valve even when the valve is closed, to say nothing of the time when the valve is open. A diaphragm valve (3) provided with bypass means (3b) disposed on the upstream side of the valve part (3a) is mounted to a sub-line (2) branched from the main line (1) of piping, a pressure reduction device (4) provided with a pressure reduction part having a throttle part (4a) and bypass means (4b) communicating with the throttle part (4a) is mounted to the main line (1) on the downstream side of the branching point from the sub-line (2) and both bypass means (3b) and (4b) communicate with each other.
