Abstract:
A pipette tip boxing device, comprising a sieve tray (1) and a take-out device (2), the sieve tray (1) comprising a bottom plate (11) and several partition plates (12), and the several partition plates (12) being fixedly provided on the bottom plate (11) at intervals in sequence. A sliding groove (13) is formed between adjacent partition plates (12), and the width of the sliding groove (13) is greater than the maximum diameter of a liquid suction end (31) of a tip (3) and less than the maximum diameter of a connection end (32) of the tip (3). The take-out device (2) comprises a base portion (21) and several transferring portions (22), the several transferring portions (22) are fixedly provided at the bottom end of the base portion (21) at intervals in sequence, and the transferring portions (22) slide along the corresponding sliding grooves (13). A clamping groove (221) fitted with the tip (3) is provided on each transferring portion (22), and the opening of the clamping groove (221) faces the sliding direction of the transferring portion (22). The pipette tip boxing device of the present invention has a simple structure, an ingenious design, is low in energy consumption, is easy to operate, has a high efficiency, a low cost, no noise, and a small size, and is convenient to carry and move.
