Abstract:
A pipeline position acquiring device (20) according to the present disclosure comprises: a communication unit (23) that communicates with a heavy machine (10) provided with an arm unit (15) connected to an excavating unit (16) that excavates a trench (40) on the ground; and a control unit (21) that acquires, via the communication unit (23), arm height information that indicates the ground clearance of the arm unit (15), acquires, via the communication unit (23), heavy machine position information that indicates the position of the heavy machine (10) when the ground clearance of the arm unit (15) is less than a predetermined value, and acquires, on the basis of the heavy machine position information, pipeline position information that indicates the position of a pipeline to be laid in the trench (40).
