A pipeline integration module, an air conditioner outdoor unit, and a method for preparing the pipeline integration module. The pipeline integration module comprises a first plate-like part, a second plate-like part, and a sandwich layer, wherein the first plate-like part is provided with a first groove, and a first stamped chamfer is provided at an opening of the first groove; the second plate-like part is provided with a second groove, and a second stamped chamfer is provided at an opening of the second groove; the first plate-like part and the second plate-like part are arranged so that same cover each other, the second groove and the first groove are correspondingly arranged and enclose a cavity, and the cavity is provided with a gap between the first stamped chamfer and the second stamped chamfer; and the sandwich layer is arranged between the first plate-like part and the second plate-like part and is connected to each of the first plate-like part and the second plate-like part, and an end portion of the sandwich layer facing the cavity is located in the gap. The pipeline integration module in the present disclosure can improve the filling of the gap between the first stamped chamfer and the second stamped chamfer.
