Abstract:
A pipeline annular self-traveling guide apparatus and method. The pipeline annular self-traveling guide apparatus comprises an inner annular groove (10) and an outer annular groove (20); a first pipeline fixing component (30) is provided on the inner annular groove (10); a second pipeline fixing component (40) is provided on the outer annular groove (20); an annular bracket (50) capable of freely rotating in a circumferential direction is correspondingly provided between the inner annular groove (10) and the outer annular groove (20); a pipeline supporting roller group is provided on the annular bracket (50); a gap used for laying a pipeline is separately reserved between the circumferential surface of a pipeline supporting roller (60) and a bottom surface inside the inner annular groove (10) and between the circumferential surface of the pipeline supporting roller and the bottom surface inside the outer annular groove (20). When the pipeline annular self-traveling guide apparatus is used for guiding a hydraulic oil pipe (80) of a hydraulic oil cylinder of a pipe segment assembling machine, although the hydraulic oil cylinder of the pipe segment assembling machine circumferentially rotates, the hydraulic oil pipe (80) is always connected to the hydraulic oil cylinder under the guide of the pipeline annular self-traveling guide apparatus, and all the hydraulic oil pipes (80) are arranged in an alignment mode, and no winding phenomenon occurs.
