Abstract:
A pipe joint 1 is provided with: an insertion portion 2 which has an outer peripheral surface 2a which contacts the inner peripheral surface of a first pipe to be connected; a clamped portion 3 which is adjacent to the insertion portion 2; and a protruding portion 4 which protrudes outward in the radial direction of the clamped portion 3 from part of the clamped portion 3. The axial direction of the insertion portion 2 and the axial direction of the clamped portion 3 are parallel to each. The outer diameter of the clamped portion 3 is smaller than that of the insertion portion 2. The protruding portion 4 has a leading end 4a which faces outward in the radial direction of the clamped portion 3. The leading end 4a is located further outward in the radial direction of the clamped portion 3 than the outer peripheral surface 2a.
