Abstract:
A pipe joint which connects: a first pipe that has electrical conductivity and is connected to the ground; and a second pipe that comprises a corrugated metal tubular member and a conductive layer which covers the tubular member and has a lower electrical resistance than the metal that constitutes the tubular member. This pipe joint is provided with: a connection part which has electrical conductivity and is connected to the first pipe; a container part which has electrical conductivity and fits with the connection part, while containing the second pipe inside by having the second pipe inserted thereinto along the axial direction of the second pipe; and a conductive member which has a first portion that is in contact with at least a part of the container part and a second portion that is exposed to the outside of the container part, thereby being in contact with the conductive layer.
